Wearing most of the hats available in mainstream media, Regina Meredith has been a show host, news anchor, network sports broadcaster, reporter, producer, and writer. Most notably, Meredith produced the award-winning documentary "Sierra in Peril," aired throughout the PBS network, followed by her "Vegetarian Table," which aired for six seasons on PBS and internationally. In 2004, Meredith felt the call to begin exploring her personal passion - the metaphysical and alternative worlds of information. She and her husband Scott Meredith founded Conscious Media Network, one of the first websites to offer streaming of conscious videos. Since the merger of Conscious Media Network with GaiamTV in 2012, Meredith has continued to bring thought-provoking information to the global audience through her Open Minds, Healing Matrix, and Phenomena programs. After taking a break to begin a family, Regina Meredith re-emerged in the media as a news anchor at KTXL-TV News in Sacramento. However, she quickly became dissatisfied with serving bad news for dinner and made the decision to pursue more avant-garde programming. Choosing to raise her son near family, Sacramento became the home base of her production company LuminArt Productions where her first project educated the public on environmental options in the home in a news feature titled ?The Entire port?, which aired on the nightly news at KXTV-TV in Sacramento. These short features on the environment were followed by a full-length documentary titled ?Sierra in Peril? for PBS affiliate KVIE-TV. Meredith produced and wrote this critically acclaimed documentary, which aired nationally and won several awards including 4 Emmy nominations.
