I'm an Empath, born and raised in the Sunflower State, who eventually chased my acting dreams to the Big Apple. I fell in love with the theatre & how it has the ability to heal the soul. Telling stories can promote positive change in the challenging world we live in. However, like so many of us, along the way I've been broken. 4 years ago I was diagnosed with C-PTSD. It's a full time job being a survivor battling a lifetime of trauma, but Gaia has provided so many beautiful tools to help lift me through my day. Whether it's an interesting documentary to help understand my emotions or a guided meditation to bring a few moments of mindfullness & stillness to my busy day, I am so grateful.
