This Yoga for Cancer Recovery practice is an accessible, energizing practice to build flexibility, strength, and range of motion. Begin in grounded postures, move to standing, use a wall for support and stability, then close with restful, restorative postures. This practice is designed to help restore bone loss and muscular strength, all while enhancing circulation, digestion and lymphatic flow.
