"As the Crow Flies" is a phrase that is used to describe the shortest distance between two points - this class is meant to demystify and guide you via the shortest path from where you are now to proficiency in arm balances in the Bakasana or Crow pose family. Gina begins with a warm-up that encompasses the key actions of the arm balances followed by core work that will get all the right parts firing!
