Part five of the Ashtanga with Kino MacGregor series focuses on backbends. After starting this practice off with sun salutations A & B, Kino moves directly into key postures that open your body for backbends. Kino looks in-depth at safe backbending techniques and approach postures that build up to the endurance test of the traditional Ashtanga three backbends done at the end of every practice.
