We join Joe Fafard ay Boggy Creek in southern Saskatchewan. We see some of his sculptures, in a field, before viewing some of his sculptures of people and animals. As we watch, he tells us of his history with drawing and painting. Next, we join him as he is installing his works at Nouveau Gallery in Regina.
Using domesticated animals as subjects, he tries to express a longer view of civilization using these animals. As we explore the gallery of his works, he explains the challenges he presents himself as he takes on new pieces.
