This class with Doug Swenson is a holistic blend of challenging and easier yoga asana, woven together with unique vinyasa. Students will be given instruction into more advanced poses as well as alternatives to accommodate different levels of practice. The class will conclude with light pranayama and a guided deep relaxation. This routine creates a meditative flow of seamless vinyasa and at the same time a total body workout. Always practice conscious yoga, use awareness and listen to your body.
Contraindications: This is an advanced power class. Although many variations are offered, this class should only be attempted by students who have a pre-established practice.
