In this last segment of the Yoga empowerment series we continue using props to get more centered and clearer in our practice. The focus of this sequence is on stabilizing the hips and the shoulder girdle to create hamstring, upper back, neck and shoulder freedom and opening. We also experiment with removing the props while tracking and remembering what they felt like and keeping the actions they have empowered in us.
These practices are taught as a private class, pointing key actions and alignment principals while going through a centering and challenging sequence.
Props: 2 blocks, 2 blankets, strap
