Global warming has resulted in the world’s glaciers breaking away and melting at a rate that cannot be replenished. We travel France, Greenland, Bolivia and Argentina with glaciologists and students, taking core samples and establishing what needs to be done to minimize the devastating effects of glacial melting. We also follow four extreme kayakers as they take on some of the most daunting waterfalls possible.
