Sound Healing for Health and Happiness with Jonathan Goldman

Do you know that music and sound have the ability to rearrange molecular structure? Jonathan Goldman, who has researched and experimented with sound over five decades, explains how sound healing uses frequencies for manifestation and transformation. In his latest book, The Humming Effect, he points out that everyone can use sound; you don’t have to be a trained musician. Humming can increase oxygen, decrease cortisol, and increase nitric oxide; it can create and enhance melatonin, oxytocin, and endorphins. From tuning the chakras to experiencing the Earth’s resonance, from the sounds for prayer to, most astonishingly, the sound of the Divine Name that God revealed to Moses, we see why the use of sound as a healing tool dates back thousands of years.

Jonathan is a writer, musician and teacher as well as an authority on sound healing and a pioneer in the field of harmonics. He has studied with masters of sound from both the scientific and spiritual traditions, including the Dalai Lama’s Chanting Gyuto and Gyume Monks and has been empowered by the Chant Master of the Drepung Loseling Monastery to teach Tibetan Overtone Chanting.
