The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement”. Rachel Wainwright will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. We add the word Flow, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. This class is designed to cultivate inner and outer strength and flexibility. This practice produces internal heat and sweat that detoxifies, and increases stamina. At the same time this type of practice helps calm the mind.
