This episode focuses on the Kettlebell Clean. Although it may not look like a spectacular exercise, the Clean can be one of the most awkward to learn. The Clean is important because not only is it a stand-alone exercise, it is the safest way to get a heavy bell off of the ground in order to do other exercises (such as the squat and the press, as you will learn in the next two videos.) This episode goes over technique so you don’t bang your wrist while getting the hang of the Clean. The follow-along adds in Cleans to what you already know to build your kettlebell exercise repertoire.
