High atop the Andes, just past the Yunga pass lays the highest capital city in the world, La Paz. It is remote and volatile, and became the last hide out of the Wild West’s most famous bandits, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance kid.
It is here that David Adams follows the path these outlaws took in their escape from the law. Along the way, David visits the Paris Hotel, the pair’s favorite haunt in Bolivia. Then it is on to the mines where the miners pray to Pachama and make offerings to a sinister Uncle George. Finally, David ends in a graveyard where the mystery of these enigmatic bandits grows stronger.
