There are many physical, mental and energetic benefits that come from being inverted. These energizing and soothing poses are great to incorporate into our daily practice once we set up the foundation, integrate the core and find an easeful expression. In this short sequence we’ll follow royal protocol to open shoulders and hamstrings as a preparation to go upside down and play with different variations of these two noble poses.
