People of Greenland (Part 1): With two and a half million square kilometers, Greenland is the largest island in the world. Ice covers almost the entire country. Only a coastal strip allows people to settle in.
People of the Sami (Part 2): Some 2,000 Samis live in Norwegian Lapland, raising nearly 200,000 reindeer. For centuries, these nomads of the far north have been migrating across the breathtaking landscapes of an untamed and utterly pure environment. Today, the modern world weakens the autonomy of their community and the Sami people could see their traditions disappear.
