A therapeutic class to focus on pose modifications to help you protect and strengthen your hamstrings. Warm up with fluid sun salutations, lunges, and grounded balancing, then move into longer holds with specific hamstring focus. Find standing balancing postures toward the middle of practice then rest in restorative poses and a supported savasana to close.
