In part two of Kino MacGregor's Ashtanga series, Kino starts off with sun salutation A & B to get your blood pumping. It is time to get familiar with the technique of jumping through and jumping back, an important element to your ashtanga practice. Once you have that mastered, Kino moves on to the seated postures up through janu sirasana C. This practice will wrap up with the last three postures and final relaxation. You will finish feeling strong and accomplished.
