Practical Uses of Remote Viewing with Paul Smith

The human mind is continuously awash with scattered thoughts and emotions. Cast adrift in this sea of mental noise, our perceptions of objective reality become distorted. However, we can learn to rise above the din, reach out with our minds and ascertain accurate information about events near and far. Paul Smith explains how the structured practice of Remote Viewing can help you to reduce mental noise and improve your understanding of the universe in this interview.

In September 1983 Major Paul H. Smith, US Army (ret.) became the newest member of what would become the Star Gate military remote viewing program. Over the next twelve months, he received personal training with Ingo Swann, the originator of remote viewing. At the end of his training he was asked to compile and author the Defense Intelligence Agency's official remote viewing training manual.
