A well-aligned and dynamic vinyasa class taught by Shannon Paige, is based on the wisdom of strength and container-ship in asana form and transition before any application of momentum. This sequence leverages the conversation between symmetrical backbends and arm balances. As we move and practice from Tadasana into its compression, we build the stability to hold the backbending suspension with length, strength, and confidence. We will practice all of this learning to put down the weapons of being right and learn the benefits of slowing down to see, feel and know, all in “right time.”
