Three quarters of all the world's fisheries are in serious trouble. One of the few that’s still in a healthy state is found in the Western and Central Pacific. It's coveted by wealthy fishing nations and they're building bigger and ever more sophisticated vessels to tap its riches. The tiny island states of the region are at risk of losing their most valuable resource.
