James Pittar is blind. He is also a long-distance swimmer. In his amazing career this remarkable Australian has swum across the English Channel and taken on sharks and oil tankers. He is about to embark on a 30-mile swim around Manhattan Island. James will be the first blind person ever to complete the 8.5-hour marathon.
