Ron Teeguarden is the co-founder of Dragon Herbs and author of two books, Chinese Tonic Herbs and The Ancient Wisdom of the Chinese Tonic Herbs. As a professional practitioner of the holistic Asian health arts since the 1970s, he teaches that it is better to promote our health and well-being than to become sick and forced to take remedial measures.
