This therapeutic class with Pedro Franco is designed for students and teachers interested in knee alignment, and creating strength and stability in the hips, pelvis, and center (core). Mula Bandha is used to help align the hips, and maintain a strong center throughout. By creating a scissoring action in the legs during asymetrical standing postures, we are able to get the hips in alignment and have the knees in optimal weight distribution, keeping the knees healthy and strong.
