This was exceptionally good. I, too, would like to see more kettlebell videos on Gaia, especially from this athlete, and especially this kettlenetics style. It keeps moving. After years of other standard weight/aerobic routines, this was refreshing. It was great to see something new. Plus it was a complete workout.

I've been working out for over twenty years but have never used a kettlebell. Today was my first stab at it. This video made it fairly easy to understand what was trying to be accomplished. I'd like to see more kettlebell selections on Gaia as I would like to add more functional muscle conditioning. I do yoga on here, but would like a nice selection of workouts with weights. Many of them on here are older. Some new kettlebell workouts would be nice.

I tried this, and several other videos over the last month and I like these ones and the Firm the best.

This was my first time doing this workout. I chose it as a "challenge" workout. I've handled the kettlebell before, but never in a workout video. I picked up a 5 lb kettlebell and it was definitely challenging with the high reps. Their kettlebell looked slightly smaller than my 5 lb, so maybe a lighter weight would have been safer. I have to admit, on a few reps, I phoned them in because my shoulders were on fire.

Overall, I feel like the workout is effective and there are no wasteful movements. Post-workout, I feel like I really worked hard and accomplished my goal of getting a solid workout.

Loved the routine too, But I was able to use a 15 Ib kettlebell... Wish there was more kettlebell workouts on here...

Loved the routine, however, I was using a 15 lb weight and could only do half the workout. Would like to have known what they were using for safety too. It was only my second time doing kettlebells.

The original kit was sent with a four-pound Kettle Bell which is probably the best weight to start with.
We will add this info to the description. Thank you, the Gaiam TV Team

I love, love, love working out with kettlebells. I have been working out with them since early January (about 4 months). However, I stopped this video after 18 minutes because I didn't think the exercises were safe for the lower back. I have a set of kettlebell work-outs from Kettleworx and I think it is better to stick with them for my kettlebell workouts. Here are the reasons for staying with Kettleworx: focus is on good form and there is a wide variety of exercises for all muscles of the body during each workout. When just one or two exercises are done at such a fast pace (as in the Kettlenetic workouts), your muscles tend to weaken and injury can occur.

I have taken classes before and the moves were similar. If you are using anything heavier than the 3lb kettle bell that they are using, you have to go slower. I was using a 10 and realized this quickly.

Great video.

I looked at amazon where they sell this set, the kettlebell it comes with is 4 lbs.

I am an intermediate. Have had some personal training with kettlebells and am familiar with most moves. She does not state the weight of the bell she is using. I used a 10lb and found that many moves seemed too fast for the weight. I did however like the moves and found that when I did them just a little slower than the video, I could achieve the proper form
