Tantra: The Potency of Consciousness (2016)

4.666665

Something calls us to grow, to awaken. What happens when awakening beckons? Paul Muller-Ortega Ph.D. explores the journey of meditation, a path to go within yourself and discover what is already there – a path to tap into the potency of consciousness and awaken in this lifetime.

Pre-programmed, present inside our consciousness are stages of higher consciousness, which will grow naturally and spontaneously over time – to a state of higher capacity, a higher wisdom, a higher benevolence, a higher patience with other human beings, a higher level of love, and a higher efficacy.

Professor Paul Muller-Ortega, Ph.D., is recognized internationally as one of the world’s most highly respected and renowned academic scholars in the field of Indian Religion and Hindu Tantra. He is the founder of Blue Throat Yoga, which teaches the elegant Svatantra philosophy of Kashmir Shaivism, along with the practice of Neelakantha Meditation.

He has been a meditation practitioner and teacher for nearly fifty years. With his rare combination of training, experience, skill, spiritual practice, and profound insight, Paul teaches his students to abide in the heart of Consciousness: a journey that is inspiring, life changing and enlightening.

I am so grateful to have come across your teachings, Paul. As a Jnana yoga practioner steeped in Advaita Vedanta, my usual flow of readings and explorations were not as nourishing to my soul as they had been in the past. I sensed I was in some sort of transition, but where I was transitioning to I did not know and could not fathom. The mystery is now unfolding for me because of your introduction to Kashmir Shavaism, All people are gurus and seeds are planted everyday, but it is rare when the guru and the seed are so extraordinarily and elegantly transformative. With an open heart, peace and prem. Jyoti

Wow, this resonated with me on so many levels. A practice that affirms and supports my deep spirituality along with my busy life as a mother, nurse, and doctoral student. I want to learn more!
