Have watched a few times as a launching pad for getting the right mindset to switch to healthy eating. It has given me resolve and it has given me many ideas on how to change my eating habits in order to be my best instead of just begrudgingly dieting, feeling deprived, and walking a path that circles back to weight gain!!

Many many many thanks!

The message in this video serves as a reminder for those of us who have made the switch to a real, whole foods way of life as to why we do what we do, and it is an inspiration to those who know they need to make a change in order to heal and thrive. I recommend this film! Thank you to those who were in the film and to those who produced the film.

I really enjoyed this and my husband watched it too. We have changed our eating habits to vegetarian in the last 12 months and have amazing weight loss and able to hike for miles. A lot of ailments have disappeared. Trying raw food and juicing now! Good luck to everyone :)

I enjoyed this short film. I completely agree with the raw food approach, although I eat very little fruit because of the sugar content. I'm a big advocate of Wheat Belly (grain/corn/grass free) and convinced that a majority of the health problems people have is due to the food we eat. No money is made by curing people. Billions can be made by boxing people into a disease state and managing it. Get out of the box! :)

I love Life Alive! Also, being from Boston, I so enjoyed recognizing almost every scene of the documentary. Nice work! What I liked most was hearing a REAL Boston accent through the entire film. Not one played just on TV :). Watching The Gerson Miracle on Netflix at least 5 years ago now did exactly this to me. Charlotte Gerson on Netflix was a game changer.
