The Living Matrix (2009)

Available worldwide

The Living Matrix uncovers new ideas about the intricate web of factors that determine our health. The film features a group of dedicated scientists, psychologists, bioenergetic researchers and holistic practitioners who are finding healing potential in new places.

The documentary brings together academic and independent researchers, practitioners, and science journalists whose work reveals scientific evidence that energy and information fields, not genetics, control health and wellbeing. These include internationally known healer, Dr. Eric Pearl; cellular biologist and former Stanford University professor Dr. Bruce Lipton; author Lynne McTaggart, and former U.S. astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell, among others.

Through in-person interviews and dramatized video vignettes that document the stories of people who recovered from chronic illness – including a five-year-old boy born with cerebral palsy, an osteopathic doctor with a brain tumor, and a housewife bedridden with chronic fatigue syndrome – the film demonstrates the effectiveness of bioenergetic medicine where traditional medicine has not succeeded.

Emotions are the engine; intent/desire is the driver. Perhaps Love is the fuel.
If that is it, it puts much more weight to the old saying, "be careful what you wish for, you may get it!"
I've experienced many similar things in my lifetime, so I believe it works; but I've been just as susceptible to negative ambiance/overwhelm, therefore, don't always find what button to push, to turn it on, on demand.
When it does work, it's a feeling of absolutely 'can't stop grinning' joyous, "a-ha!", feeling of being tickled by synchronicity of the happening ,when I input the right stuff.

I found most of this fascinating, inspiring and mind-blowing. There was one story that bothered me - at 20:37, Lynne McTaggart talks about a "sham operation" where patients underwent surgery with only half of them actually being operated on - the other half were just opened and then closed up again. Can we get some facts here? This sounds HIGHLY dubious - how is that legal? Doctors are sued so easily - what's the story?

As we all know, "Belief" is a tricky topic - Televangelists and cheap salesmen prey on victims not fact-finding and instead "believing" everything they say....I don't want to discredit this entire movie on a suspicious story, so if anyone has any FACTS about this story, I'd love to hear it.

Thank you.

These were done as a research project, on willing participants. All had been checked for conditions of their knees, so all were similar conditions. Some got real surgery, others got the sham surgery. Yet, even the sham surgery, produced measurable results. I heard about this some time ago, and was amazed!
Perhaps, this has some relevance to how Prolotherapy works to heal damaged knees, thus avoiding need for knee replacements. My spouse just started this, so the "jury is still out". We have high-hopes, with the good results from the 1st injections.
Yes, beliefs are tricky. What one must stove for, is to discern when charlatans are pulling their best "PT Barnum" acts. Society and commerce is drowning in these!
Yet, if some are helped by even those, who am I to nay-say? One of our patients was very firm that Benny Hinn [who has been PROVEN a fraud!], was causing her MS to go into remission. We had to be very careful with how we spoke with her about that. It would have been unethical to deny her that belief, especially since to her, it seemed to be working, and she otherwise was not being harmed.
In ancient [and some not so ancient] times, there have been medicine men who advised their "patients" to do really weird things, such as wear a butte possum on their heads to cure something.
...and it worked! That HAS to be mostly belief and trust, as it's difficult to tease-out any remote morsel of actual curative anything, from doing that.
Other studies have been done, where people with medical issues were told, flat-out, "this treatment is a placebo; a placebo is not a real treatment, but we're studying how placebos work" [on willing participants]. Yet, those who were informed of what a placebo was, and that what they got was indeed, placebo, STILL healed at higher rates than anyone could have imagined.
Perhaps the click-bait sales people are on to something...they rattle on interminably, babbling on about what they are promising, how well it worked, how amazing it is...wearing people down mentally and emotionally. By the end of the babble-marketing, the person is no longer able to think clearly, beyond "I want to get well". pr, some really do get well. And maybe, the product really has something in it to help.
But, maybe, it's mostly placebo.
Of course there are those who fail to see a change. Like the one practitioner who had a brain growth hobbling her life, discovered she really didn't want children, and maybe wanted other things. Once she stopped forcing herself to do things she really didn't want in life, she healed.
There are many components; we have to learn what buttons to push, to make this work.
Meanwhile, increasing numbers of people are experiencing it, _and talking about it_--that's one key--sharing the experience with others. Because, that effectively gives hope to those who have not yet experienced something like this.
Maybe it is like one Canadian nurse I recently heard from, who healed from a condition that essentially made mush of her was considered utterly impossible to recover function. Yet, she walks, talks, has gone back to school for successive nursing degrees, now headed for her Masters.
There IS something to it. We just have not quite figured how to do it on demand, all the time. But I believe we will get there!

He knew better, but to save his life he scaled it back to what is currently referred to as "Newtonian Physics" The paradigm was being controlled by the Holy Roman Empire as it is today, yet the Quanta is still rolling and ruling the universe and the Empire is loosing its grip.

I really enjoyed this video, a lot of inspiration... There is so much to learn about ourselves and how we can
experience and share health.

Cwinograd15, posted on July 27, 2014

I really enjoy hearing Bruce Lipton speak upon such matters as he comes across grounded and talking about this in such a way that makes one excited without all the fluff.

Some of the others speaking about how she doesn't tell her patients chemotherapy isn't a favorable option anymore because belief is so important is simply taking it too far... This is but one example. Believing everything facilitates and indeed directly affects situations and outcomes, it isn't the entire story. We're still very much required to interact, discover, and change through our own efforts and application while belief in ourselves and that it can happen is simply a necessary prerequisite.

Least favorite to date. I've attended a Reconnection Seminar with Dr. Pearle - and I do NOT recommend it.

I have long waited for this knowing to come. The pieces now fit. The crazy that I thought I was is no more because crazy has something to share. Love and Light to a world that is learning their inner truths. What god has done I will do greater.

I am a Quantum Biofeedback therapist. When people ask me what my work consist of, I find myself trying to describe it in ways that they can relate to, and make sense to them. In watching this movie I fell like the ugly duckling must have felt when he was swimming with other swans. The paradigm of vibrational medicine is so fulfilling to me.

Very interesting, a great film on how science is finally getting to see the bigger picture and how our auras/energy fields and thoughts are actually the main causes of human diseases! Well worth to watch and get inspired about how we can improve our health by watching our thoughts, purifying our minds and focusing on positive energy!

This is awesome that we are finally getting an outlet to get this sort of amazing information out. Buying DVDs every time was too expensive and normal outlets didn't carry these sorts of documentaries. I had wanted to see this one for about 2 years, glad I signed up for Gaiam!

I healed myself from massive plantar foot warts when i was 15. i met some people who noticed them on my foot, and I told them how i had tried everything from burning them off to medicine applications, surgically removing them, cutting them out, nothing worked. They kept coming back, that they kept spreading and they really hurt almost to the point of not being able to walk. One person in particular, who was very compassionate, told me with wholehearted love and caring that I had control over my body. That night I talked to them and told them i no longer wanted them on my body, that it was time for them to leave and go back out into the universe from where they came, and to transform themselves into something greater and more loving. When I woke up, I looked for them on my foot and they were gone, completely without scars or blemishing. I looked into my bed covers thinking maybe that they fell off into my bed...nothing. they simply disappeared. it was a first of miraculous healings. To heal you must love yourself, you must love the problem, and you must truly believe that you are to release it back into the universe asking that it transforms into its higher nature of love. It is sending the disease or trouble out into the universal field of love and light to join its original field. My name is Carolyn, and I became that which i already was, self healing, universal love and light. And you can too.

I know this is true but my mind gets in the way and old programming is hard to really release. Just when I think its gone, its back because I thought about it. I want to move forward. I would like to connect with such a healer in the southeast Los Angeles or northwest Orange county areas

Great summary of the new paradigm The Source field/Unified field/Torsion field/Ether and how it's connected to our health. Not many mention Lymedisease in connection with New Healingtechniques, looking forward for someone to adress this bacteria which is said to be able to attach to the telomeres. Is there any case where the information from the Field has "corrected" even this extremely cunning spirochete.

floydan, posted on November 24, 2013

You're reverting back to old information that's really not relevant. Every disease originates in the mind because of bad information. Old science has a theory/story to tell about what brought it about, but it's only theory and it only encompasses symptoms.

Being a 4th degree black belt in Karate' I have done this healing before. I was also acutely mentally ill with Borderline Personality Disorder. Through a great work by many I have overcome the issue with BPD. As I sit here I am sending good intensions to my husband to help heal a knot in the small of his back. I have done this with hard to start cars when I was a teen. They would crank without success and I would ball my fist and will that car to start. The only person I ever told this to was my best friend growing up. And I do believe that this is exactly what I was doing. In the process of sparing one day on base I accidentally produced a Charlie horse into my opponents leg! I had him lay down on a mat and literally talked him through his relief of pain in his injured leg. With that I earned my 2nd degree black belt. This really does work.
