Wish there were more 5 , 7, and 10 minute quick videos that focus on whole body. I love this when I only have a few minutes but want to refocus my mind and energy.

Perfect practice for hurried mornings! If I don't have time to practice, this quickie is the one I keep coming back to! One of my favorites! Thank you !

The best break after sitting the whole day looking at the comp! Gratitude... :)

This is the ideal break when I need to get up from my desk. I'm refocused and more awake. Thanks.

Great. I just did it before my last class of the day. I hope I will broadcast some of this good energy to the children. Thanks and I hope to see more videos I can do when I have a few extra minutes.

This was a really nice quick practice. Perfect for when you don't have a lot of time. I just did it without the yoga mat too and that was fine. Great video!

That was so nice. I may make this the first thing I do in the morning..seemed to get all the most important parts stretched. Thank You.

Thank you, Rick.
People will critisize you for a short video, but 5 minutes daily beats an hour once per week.
Thank you.

I actually loved that it was only 5 minutes. It was exactly what it promised - a light pick me up. I've shaken off the cobwebs and now I'm in a better headspace to begin my practice for the day. Thanks Rick.

It was good - but too short! I wanted a short practice....but thought it was 15 minutes not 5!

kheyzee, posted on December 1, 2011

I loved this, thanks Rick. A longer version (20-30 mins) would be great!

Thank you Rick. Its a good one.
Could you please make a morning yoga video (30-45min), we have only few videos (morning) here.
Looking forward to it. Thanks

Did not have time for even a 15 minute practice this morning, so this was perfect.

A fantastic mid afternoon boost, after a long slog at the computer. A great way to get through the 3pm slump. Namaste.
