This is very helpful, thanks a lot! Can you tell me how we must keep the shoulder blades in low plank pose? Do we have to rotate them externally as well, or keep them together (like holding a pencil between them). My shoulder blades are winging when i'm going from plank pose to lower plank pose, i know i have a week m.ser.anterior and i don't know what to do with my shoulder blades.

great demo. Thanks! I'm a teacher. It's always nice to hear and see how another teacher will describe a piece of alignment. It gives me a chance to reassess how I'm describing things. I appreciate it! Namaste!

Wish you did more of these Jesse. I've never seen a teacher make anatomy look like fun or explain it so clearly as you do.

Very helpful. I have some shoulder problems so a clearer understanding of the anatomy really helps me get the most from my yoga practice. Jesse's material is always so helpful & much appreciated. I wish he'd speak a bit more slowly so I could get 100% of what he says.
