Toggie Sprouts

An increase in fiber helps keep you 'regular' + cleans your insides! So indulge in this quick but very nourishing Toggie sprouts recipe!

Serves: 2


Ingredients

(use organic where possible)

  • ¼ cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • 200g mushrooms
  • 500g mung bean shoots
  • 1 packet tempeh, diced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 long red chili, roughly chopped
  • ½ onion, finely diced
  • 1 red capsicum, thinly diced

Directions

  1. Arrange all of the ingredients nicely into a steamer.
  2. Steam for 6 minutes.
  3. Serve this with salad greens.

DRESSING

Ingredients

(use organic where possible)

  • 1 tbsp sesame seed oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated

Directions

  1. Mix the all dressing ingredients well.
