way way too fast! in most cases not enough time to properly get into the poses, and definitely not enough time for the body to relax and release into them. Needs to be at least 30% slower. Because of this I would recommend Faith Hunter's over this if you are really needing some PMS relief. GAIA please make more PMS videos! I bet a majority of your customers are women who experience regular PMS....

Didn't really like the speed of this. Looking for a more nurturing practice for when I have menstrual cramps. When oh when will there be more practices for hormonal balancing and that special time of the month Gaiamtv??!!

MY YOGA ONLINE: Pleeeasssee we need more videos to practice during menstruation. I search: Menstruation and its only a keyword for the practices I should NOT do. Thank you MARA for thinking about it and giving us the class. When I have heavy days I feel uncomfortable going to practice at the studio, but I still want to unwind on my mat!

I suffer from bad PMS.. Bad as in PMDD is what I think I have when it's about to start. I cut out caffine last cycle as I heard this makes it worse. I woke up this morning with bad cramps, so I am going to do this now. Good news is, I haven't had any mood problems since I cut out the coffee. The bodily symptoms are part of the whole womanhood thing, but that doesn't make them easier, or fair! Thank God for a practice like this.

Enjoyed this sequence greatly! I have a horrible time with cramps during my time. I feel my muscles and pressure truly relaxing throughout and afterwards. I definitely feel more connected to my breath and body after this. The poses seemed to be exactly what I needed!

Wow, what a fantastic day for this to be on the front page of myo, I had come to my mat with the intention of finding a practice that could help me with my cramps and there it was staring right at me!
Excellent gentle flow, and a lovely soothing feminine voice! I would loved to have gone longer - but I can definitely feel a difference in the tightness in my lower belly - thanks Mara!
