Summary

We seek candidates with strong strategic and finance abilities – effective communication, prioritization, and problem solving. We highly value visionaries who can build positive relationships, contribute to a supportive culture, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Annual Commitments: Three scheduled board meeting per year, plus any Zoom meeting if needed (none during 2025), plus two Zoom audit committee calls (about 60 minutes)
- Compensation Range: $50,000 – $100,000 (depending on committee participation) with all board related expenses covered by the Gaia (in addition)
- Compensation Type: annual retainer plus a pay per a meeting
Qualifications
At least 20 years of professional experience in a C-suite senior leadership role in a corporation with annual revenues greater than $100 million revenue.
- Proven ability to evaluate, forecast and analyze financial results
- Gaia member
- Strong financial background or CEO or CFO experience
- Personal spiritual practice
- Believing that the world can be changed for better
- Ability to see though mass media spins of reality
- Non-smoker
- US citizenship or US residency.
