Apply NowRegular, F/T
Summary
Gaia is seeking a Growth Creative Strategist who turns audience insights, compelling storytelling, and experimentation into membership growth.
Your central question: What audience, message, offer, and creative approach could acquire more valuable members—and how do we test it?
Creative ability comes first, supported by hands-on performance marketing skills. You’ll develop concepts, write copy and briefs, coordinate paid creators and UGC, and help launch and optimize campaigns. Reporting to the Marketing Tech Lead, who owns paid media, you’ll collaborate across marketing, brand, and creative to deliver advertising that drives acquisition and builds trust.
Develop Creative and Creator Content That Drives Growth
- Translate audience research and campaign insights into concepts, hooks, ad copy, scripts, and actionable creative briefs.
- Develop platform-specific creative for Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Search, and YouTube, testing audiences, messages, offers, formats, and landing page approaches.
- Create and coordinate paid creator and UGC campaigns, including sourcing, briefing, scripting, feedback, delivery, and collaboration on fees, agreements, usage rights, and paid amplification permissions within approved budgets.
- Maintain Gaia’s voice and brand integrity while adapting creative to audience needs and platform advertising requirements.
Test, Execute, and Improve for Better Performance
- Build prioritized creative tests, analyze results, and turn findings into specific recommendations, connecting creative performance to conversion, acquisition cost, and member quality.
- Help build, launch, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, checking assets, copy, links, tracking, offers, and landing page alignment.
- Support ASO for the Apple App Store and Google Play through messaging, creative assets, and conversion testing.
- Help evaluate additional channels, including ChatGPT advertising opportunities, AppLovin, Audacy, and others, as availability and priorities warrant.
Support Hands On Execution and Collaboration
- Work collaboratively across marketing, brand, creative, and technical teams, incorporating feedback while keeping work moving.
- Take ownership of details, deadlines, and follow-through from initial concept through launch and learning.
- Adapt as priorities evolve within growth, creative, and performance marketing and jump in where needed—whether that means refining a brief, helping prepare assets, checking campaign setup, or resolving a launch issue.
- Use and help optimize internal AI tools to scale creative development, testing, and production, adapting workflows as priorities and capabilities evolve.
- At Gaia, soft skills are key to success. We seek candidates with strong interpersonal abilities – effective communication, teamwork, prioritization, and problem solving – who can adapt to change, manage conflicts with empathy, and collaborate well with diverse teams. While technical skills matter, we highly value those who build positive relationships, contribute to a supportive culture, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. If this sounds like you, you’ll thrive in our dynamic environment.

More About Gaia
Gaia exists as a transformational network to empower a global conscious community.
Gaia (Nasdaq: GAIA) is a publicly traded company in Louisville, Colorado. We offer global video streaming of over 8,000 original series, shows, films, documentaries, and practices for conscious living to our members in over 190 countries. Our vast video library serves as a vessel for the community we seek to empower. We are not a subscription service that streams whatever pays our bills. Our content goes deep into select niches of Seeking Truth, Transformation, Alternative Health and Yoga channels. We often cover subjects that other media companies won’t touch.
We expect you did explore Gaia’s library of original shows, documentaries, and films. If our work on ancient wisdom, who are we, our true history, coverups, and metaphysics resonates, you might be a good fit for Gaia. We seek to hire and inspire employees who embrace our mission to empower a global conscious community, who hope their work empowers our community of inspired members, to be a catalyst of transformation. The best work we do every day is to remember our vision is “to empower the evolution of consciousness.”
The perks of working collaboratively with a team dedicated to sharing this mission include an on-site gym; a beautiful solar-powered campus, complete with hiking and running trails, community garden, and a labyrinth; and an on-site, mostly organic café that serves breakfast and lunch daily including a full-service espresso bar featuring locally roasted coffee.
Full-time employees are offered alternative and traditional medical benefits including preventative coverage; as well as dental, vision, 401K, and life insurance.
