Summary

Gaia is a platform focused on empowering an evolution in consciousness. Our AI, Community, and catalog of over 8,000 original programs, licensed documentaries, and films span topics including yoga, spirituality, and the esoteric.

We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager to elevate Gaia’s digital experience. You’ll own outcomes and the roadmap for a durable cross-functional squad, driving measurable business and member impact across Gaia’s ecosystem. You’ll balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals within a structured, sprint-based operating model.

The ideal candidate is results-oriented, forward-thinking, and creative — delivering measurable outcomes while inspiring team performance through clarity, collaboration, and example. You’re energized by experimentation and fast execution — testing ideas, channels, and partnerships that help the right audiences discover Gaia through authentic connections, influencers, and member-driven growth. Familiar with classic and new forms of growth drivers from Product led initiatives – like member driven growth, to marketing led initiatives – like paid media.

At Gaia, soft skills are key to success. We value empathy, adaptability, teamwork, and communication as much as technical and analytical ability. You’ll thrive in our evolving squad-based product and engineering model, where durable teams own outcomes, move fast, and learn continuously.

  • Squad Leadership: Own your squad’s outcomes and roadmap. Partner with your Engineering Lead to align priorities, resources, and goals with Gaia’s KPIs and strategy.
  • Experimentation & Growth: Rapidly identify, test, and scale ideas, campaigns, and partnerships — including influencer collaborations and member-driven programs — that expand awareness, acquisition, and engagement with the right audiences.
  • Feature Definition & Execution: Define, prioritize, and deliver features that meet user needs and business objectives. Ensure all work meets Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) standards.
  • Experience & Design: Collaborate with design, engineering, and data to build intuitive, performant, and engaging member experiences.
  • Planning & Delivery: Lead sprint planning and backlog refinement, maintaining a “ready” backlog aligned with capacity guardrails.
  • Governance & Reporting: Participate in monthly product reviews and cross-squad release huddles. Communicate progress, KPIs, and learnings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics, user research, and experimentation to guide prioritization and measure impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage stakeholder requests through a standardized intake process and communicate squad priorities transparently.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback, analyze performance, and identify opportunities to optimize user experience, product quality, and delivery.
  • Technical Partnership: Understand technical trade-offs, participate in discussions, and ensure alignment with engineering standards and platform strategy.
  • Autonomy & Accountability: Own day-to-day product decisions while engaging leadership for alignment on strategy and complex issues.
  • Proven ability to translate vision into action through exceptional execution and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and critical-thinking skills with high emotional intelligence
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile and squad/pod-based organizations
  • Background in web and mobile product design and development
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools as an assistant for research, analysis, writing, and ideation to increase efficiency and insight
  • Commitment to staying on top of evolving AI technologies and applying them thoughtfully to Gaia’s products and member experience
  • 5+ years of product management experience across at least two companies, preferably growth-stage ($50M+ annual revenue)
  • 3+ years in a B2C business
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines and levels
  • Ability to influence without authority and build consensus around shared goals
  • Proficiency in analytics, user research, and A/B testing to drive decisions
  • Familiarity with current product design and UX trends
  • Balance conviction with openness to new perspectives
  • US citizenship or US work authorization required
  • Must be available to work on-site in Louisville, CO (not a remote role)
  • Type: Salary
  • Range: $140000 - $165000 (USD)

Gaia exists as a transformational network to empower a global conscious community.

Gaia (Nasdaq: GAIA) is a publicly traded company in Louisville, Colorado. We offer global video streaming of over 8,000 original series, shows, films, documentaries, and practices for conscious living to our members in over 190 countries. Our vast video library serves as a vessel for the community we seek to empower. We are not a subscription service that streams whatever pays our bills. Our content goes deep into select niches of Seeking Truth, Transformation, Alternative Health and Yoga channels. We often cover subjects that other media companies won’t touch.

We expect you did explore Gaia’s library of original shows, documentaries, and films. If our work on ancient wisdom, who are we, our true history, coverups, and metaphysics resonates, you might be a good fit for Gaia. We seek to hire and inspire employees who embrace our mission to empower a global conscious community, who hope their work empowers our community of inspired members, to be a catalyst of transformation. The best work we do every day is to remember our vision is “to empower the evolution of consciousness.”

The perks of working collaboratively with a team dedicated to sharing this mission include an on-site gym; a beautiful solar-powered campus, complete with hiking and running trails, community garden, and a labyrinth; and an on-site, mostly organic café that serves breakfast and lunch daily including a full-service espresso bar featuring locally roasted coffee.

Full-time employees are offered alternative and traditional medical benefits including preventative coverage; as well as dental, vision, 401K, and life insurance.
