Peak Performance Yoga

Rod Stryker

Medical doctors now know what yoga masters have known for centuries— chronological age and biological age are very different. Through the regular practice of yoga, you have the power to slow down and even reverse the effects of aging, restoring vigor, vitality and strength to your life.
In Peak Performance Yoga, master yoga instructor Rod Stryker shows you how to transform the life-long physical, mental and emotional patterns that cause your body to age.

Offering the choice of a 30-minute dynamic sequence with relaxation or 60-minute sequence with relaxation, breathing and meditation, the practice integrates and balances all the systems of the body. There is also a modified version of the complete practice just for beginners.

I did the beginners modification with Ingrid and it was just what I needed. I have not done a yoga class in a while and am still a beginner. If you are looking for a full class and not just fundamental pose explanation, this was good. It was slow enough, so I could get into the poses, but not boring. I didn't feel 'stressed' about missing the pose, before he went to the next one.

I like his practice style, and looking forward to trying his next level. I think I was ready for something a little more challenging.
