At 63 this was perfect for me! I have always enjoyed Clara and love her classes but admittedly I am slowing down and this one was wonderfull....still able to do the poses just at a slower pace!Thank you Clara!

This was the PERFECT way to wake up my sore and sleepy body this morning. I've been training hard lately in my other sports, and this was such a gentle way to ease more space into my body which was feeling very tight today. I really enjoyed the hip opening and hamstring stretches in particular, and relished the longer holds (I usually do a more vinyasa style but this suited me very well today). Thank you Clara :)

I was all upset about not being able to stream this on my xbox anymore so I unsubscribed, figured I'd get the best out of the rest of my subscription... so I threw this practice on the tube after pumping some iron and snooting some kittes, and SHABLAM hot diggity damn I feel great!! My hand, elbow and shoulder were completely out of whack from shoveling 30 inches of snow the other week! I was in pain, then thought to seek a shoulder opening yoga practice, and guess what? Following this practice, I had NO pain, and my arm feels great today. Thank you!

Such a lovely practice, thank you, Clara Roberts-Oss, for serving us today with your wonderful gift of teaching. It took me a bit to warm up to your video's, initially, as I felt your voice guiding instruction was a bit "bossy," and "robotic," for a lack of better terms, but the asanas are so spot on and there is always such a consideration to counter-poses, that I allowed myself to just move with your instruction today and give myself to the poses, it was then I realized that my reaction was due to the no fluff guidance, you say what needs to be said clearly and offer little more, which is perfectly concise, and I was able to find joy in that! In this video, it was good to hear you chuckle a little at yourself and I am so grateful for this experience today. I am adding this to my playlist so I can come back to it again and again!

This was extremely opening and extremely relaxing, which helped me go deeper into the poses. I really needed it too since I woke up with a crick in my neck and sore shoulders which got worse sitting at my desk all day. I really wasn't feeling like a butt kickin workout today, so this was a slice of heaven for me!

Slow and delicious stretching for my mind and body - feels fantastic! On the surface, many of these poses feel so basic, so simple, but the pace of this class allowed me to get into them more deeply and really feel them in my body instead of just "going through the movements." Amazing! I love Clara's clear instructions, and I really enjoyed being encouraged to use blocks which I typically don't do - they totally change the poses for me in a really positive way! SO glad to see a new class from Clara - she is a truly inspiring teacher. Thank you, Clara and Gaia.
