Thank you for sharing your understanding! I can tell that you are truly empassioned by the ancient text and yogic philosophy; it is awesome to see someone render understanding of it.

I also love the study! And Pranayama is a beautiful practice. I found that as you spoke I was able to access some understanding physically with my breath. Your picture was ver helpful and aided my thinking about the flow of prana, apana and Agni.

Loved the connections coming here, alwasy learn something when listening to Leslie. Doesn't bring the apana and prana together suggest kindling the kundalini? This is what I've come across when joining these two energies which can get a little dangerous as opposed to starting with "simple" breathe awareness/ meditative pranayama.
