Nice sequence to help me focus and clear my mind when I've been sitting for a while and can't get onto my yoga mat. Thanks for these seated practices - it's a great way to squeeze in a little yoga when I don't have the time for a longer class.

been watching off and on in your yoga offerings for chair yoga. injured my knees over a year ago so
many things (getting on the floor for instance) are not possible at this time. So different chair yoga
sets have helped with my body which ended up getting very stiff and sore not only from the fall i had
but from non movement. thank you so much for these type of yoga offerings.

I love to do the short work-place yoga - because it doesn't deter you and ensures that you show up at least. Getting 10 minutes of yoga so easily into your schedule like this is brilliant! Thankyou so much!

Loved this, especially the chest tapping. Amazing how something so simple and basic can feel so good. Question on alternate nostril breathing: I tend to be clogged on one side or the other most of the time, making this breathing technique uncomfortable. Would you please recommend an alternative?
