Oh gosh, I'm only on the sixth episode but I can't believe I've never tried Yoga years earlier. The twists feel seriously good on my spine. Its like I'm finally able to scratch an itch I could never scratch before. Namaste!

Thank you so much Rodney and Colleen! A great reminder on important alignment principles of grounding first, finding length and then twisting. I'm appreciating the wonderful cueing that helps me practice with more ease, grace and freedom. I am loving this series. Thank you both.
