This Getting Pregnant guided meditation & hypnotherapy session is designed to help women in the journey to pregnancy.
Please make sure you have listened to our introduction video at the start of this series to help understand how guided meditation and hypnotherapy works and all the benefits it can bring. In the past, you may have felt anxious or perhaps even desperate to conceive and enjoy a healthy pregnancy. In this session we will help you relax and let go by visualizing that your baby has been conceived in your mind and believing that this process will happen and allowing your conscious, thinking mind to forget whatever it is that you need to forget to prepare your body to receive what you need to in order to achieve a successful conception. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to helping you become pregnant.
