Qigong for Stress Relief

Available worldwide

Qigong is an ancient health and wellness practice originating in China. This Qigong for stress relief video features different systems of Qigong that follow the basic tenants and principles of this great practice – including focused breathing, visualization techniques, posture, and specific body movements. The unique part of Qigong is that the exercises not only strengthen and heal the body; they also strengthen and heal the mind, balance the emotions, and boost your overall energy level.

The energy component of Qigong really gives it its effectiveness. As you get in touch with Chi, or the energy aspect of who you are, you begin to see how your life can change, and change for the better. These exercises were selected to help bring your energy level in balance, and as a result, reduce stress and increase your sense of well-being.

A month later, and the effects are even more pronounced. Movements are so simple, so fluid and yet so powerful in reducing anxiety. (And I know anxiety. We're on a first-name basis.) In fact, this is the most effective way for me to relax, and I think I've tried about a hundred methods. Thank you!

Such a simple but powerful set of movements! I've done some qi gong before, but Daisy and Francesco made it so easy to learn, follow, and love. Hope to practice much more qi gong. Thank you!

At 3 in the morning at work I feel renewed and so energized, a big smile on my face, feeling more compassionate and emotionally available to my patients.
I feel grounded, moving more gracefully than usual.

I tried several times to add the Qi Gong videos to my offline library, without any success.

I really enjoyed this one.... a great routine to use before bed to settle your energy, eliminate stress, and sleep really well.

A great video - its just too bad that the quality is so distorted….it really distracts from the teaching.

I must say, I like it better that both of you take turns to speak. It feels more balanced and cooperative :)

Absolutely fantastic video. I feel so grounded and stable and freezer. Having recently discovered Qi-gong via Franscescos and Daisys videos, I now have added a new practise to my morning rituals. Thank you so much! You do indeed make it very easy to follow. Very calming indeed :) Much love x

I like the little life lessons that correspond with the movements. I'm going to have to read his Qigong book, I have it somewhere on my bookshelf.
