Hi Ashleigh,
Your teaching just keeps getting better. Thank you so so much for this series. It's exactly what I need. I love all your video's but with this series the music that is distracting. The beauty of your classes is they don't need music. I feel like the person who edited the video thought it needed to be spruced up or something. Which it doesn't. Your guidance is all that is needed.

I really enjoy this video in particular and this series. I just did it this morning and I feel wonderful. I really like the cuing and the difficult, yet relaxing, poses. Love it! I've recommended it to several friends.

Loved this episode. Going to be doing this again. I had my third baby five months ago and used to have an incredible core. I feel like this will get me back in touch with that part of my body!

I´m loving the episodes on this series! But in this particular episode I had trouble keeping my legs long when doing both navasana and also when stretching the legs up to the sky, I feel the urge of keeping them bending in the knees.
What excercises can help me to start working on that so I´m able to keep them straight without having them bend in the future? thank you!

Ashleigh thanks for all the informative directions.

My core is very weak although over the last six months with working with your videos I am slowly gaining some strength over all. This class for me was hard ... I was told by a specialist that I needed to do heavy core to alleviate the pain that I have from disk herniations in my neck and back. I also have a VERY inflamed burning sit bone in the right buttock pulling on the ham string muscles in the right leg. I believe in time this workout may release some of the stress . Any suggestions on which of your classes would be the better one for a sit bone condition?

This class is so great. Any further tips on the binding hip flexors though...? I'm trying to continue to work this area after rehabing a labral tear, but am still find the hip flexors kicking in and over working... any chance of further tips, or more information binding hip flexors at 21.20 ..... thank you - great class!
