Thank You Danielle! My 82 yr old father wanted to try yoga so I had him try this one. He has arthritis, a torn rotator cuff, little balance (uses a walker) but wants exercise! He enjoyed it and would appreciate more like this. I'm sure there are more people who also cannot do floor or standing poses but who could benefit from a chair series. Blessings, Marjorie

I took this lesson before a dance with Hemalaya on here and was so relaxed and loose and ready. This is beautiful as a start to my day and for anyone at work or who just needs to take a rejuvenating and relaxing break in their day. As a beginner I find this useful to get used to standing poses while seated, to improve my technique without stressing my body. Thank you :)
