Summary
As the Digital Events Launch Manager at Gaia, you will be a key contributor to our Marketing team, responsible for handling live digital streaming events for domestic and international audiences. Your primary focus will be on managing the digital strategy of live summit launches, ensuring a seamless experience for our global community. This role offers the unique opportunity to combine your expertise in digital marketing strategy and launch management within the conscious media space.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee live summit launches, serving as the project manager to ensure flawless execution and coordination across multiple teams.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Utilize your advanced funnel creation skills to conceptualize and implement go-to-market strategies that drive audience growth, acquisition, retention, and brand affinity.
- Global Reach: Facilitate the international expansion of our live events, targeting audiences in various countries and languages.
- Technical Proficiency: Leverage your knowledge of WordPress, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other digital marketing platforms to optimize campaigns and achieve maximum ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Content, Product, and CRM, to align campaigns with business objectives and drive engagement, acquisition, retention, and revenue.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize media investments, funnels, email conversions and acquisition through test-and-learn plans and data-driven insights. Experience with paid media and conversion rate optimization is a must.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a productive and engaging team environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, especially within the SVOD or direct-to-consumer space.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to conceive creative visions aligned with business objectives.
- Expertise in advertising, marketing automation, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and various demand-side platforms.
- Proven experience in using data and insights to drive strategic decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Experience with paid media
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Creative thinker with strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic.
- US citizenship or existing work visa required.
- Membership in Gaia is strongly preferred.
- Non-smoker
- Must be able to work in our office in Louisville, Colorado.
