Summary
As the In-House WordPress Developer at Gaia, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our digital presence and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for custom WordPress development while collaborating closely with our Marketing team to enhance funnels, create high-converting sales pages, and optimize user experiences. This role offers the unique opportunity to combine your expertise in WordPress development with a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, affiliate marketing, and social media strategies.
Responsibilities
- Custom WordPress Development: Utilize your advanced WordPress development skills to create and maintain custom WordPress solutions that enhance our digital platforms, including live launches, summits, and high-converting sales pages.
- Digital Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the Marketing team to integrate digital marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing and social media strategies, ensuring seamless user experiences and optimized conversion funnels.
- Funnel Enhancement: Work on enhancing and optimizing sales funnels and full funnel strategies to drive audience growth, acquisition, retention, and brand affinity.
- Technical Proficiency: Leverage your knowledge of WordPress to implement changes that improve site performance, working efficiently with cross-functional teams of copywriters and graphic designers.
- Conversion Optimization Expertise: Use your expertise to optimize pages based on data for maximum conversion rates, continuously improving the user experience.
- Problem Solving: Act as a problem solver, identifying issues and finding efficient solutions to ensure a seamless user experience during live events and launches.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in custom WordPress development.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing and social media strategies, and their integration into WordPress websites.
- Proficiency in creating and optimizing sales funnels and full funnel strategies.
- Strong technical expertise in WordPress, including theme development, plugin customization, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality web solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams of copywriters and graphic designers.
- Conversion optimization expert with a track record of achieving high conversion rates.
- Membership in Gaia is strongly preferred.
- US citizenship or existing work visa required.

- Must be able to work in our office in Louisville, Colorado.
