Ariel Pavic

teacher Ariel Pavic draws her current teaching methods from her own personal experiences.

After spending 17 years riding, showing, and training horses in dressage, the "yoga" of equestrian disciplines, Ariel suffered a painful riding accident in which she fractured two vertebrae and was left with debilitating back pain. However, she found her answer to recovery in yoga.

Using her own healing experience as well as her training in contemporary movement, jazz, and ballet as inspiration, Ariel takes a no nonsense approach to her invigorating yoga flows. Her passion lies in sharing the tools she's found for health, happiness, and peace and her creativity and emphasis on safety and correct alignment keep her students always coming back.

Realizing her dream to spread the joy of yoga, Ariel Pavic founded the aptly named My Dream yoga. Ariel is an extremely experienced teacher, having taught thousands of hours of classes to thousands of students in studio, home, and corporate locations. Her approachable personality and unique style is inspirational and has created many loyal students over the years.

The wound of losing her own mother at a young age has transformed into her gift. She found her calling to work with pregnant and birthing women and her passion and enthusiasm for the field shines through to her students. As a mother herself to one beautiful and lively daughter, Ariel uses her first-hand knowledge with pregnancy and birth to create practices that are filled with understanding for a woman's changing body.

Along with her colorful life experience, she brings with her the following credentials:
