I wanted an easy walking workout to do at night. I really liked this video, easy to do but at the same time works the muscles. I have exercised to Leslie's dvd's in the past. Highly recommended, especially if you are a beginner.

I didn't feel like exercising tonight, but decided to try this one, and I'm glad I did. The moves are simple, as most of Leslie's videos are, but you do get a nice total body workout. It's not quite as strenuous as many of her other videos, but it's still enough to make you sweat. I chose it because the only way I could talk myself into it tonight was to find a gentler and shorter workout than I usually do. This was perfect. I feel relaxed now, and I'm happy that I got in a nice workout. I'll keep this video in my list for those times when I need something like this.
