This was my first experience with onlineyoga.com; and I must say, that I am so grateful for it to have been the experience that it was for me and just when I needed it most. Thank you Janet Stone for leading this and for the output of non-judgement yet encouragement to stretch not only your body, but your mind and spirit as well. I was able to modify my pace and poses and only good has come from it. Can't thank you and this forum enough! With warm blessings~

I am a big fan of Janet's classes, especially, the Ananda Advanced one.
This would rate as an intermediate/advanced class by my standards.
If, like me, you are not partial to the rapid leg switches typically found in an Anusara class, or jumping into handstand, you are forewarned.
The actual asana portion of the video is about 70 minutes, almost all of it standing poses.
As for the chanting at the beginning and the end, I found it just incredible. So much so, that I would love an audio of that alone.

would you please tell me where I can find the words of the mantra? Thks with love.

Man, this was a challenging practice! I don't know who rated it moderate, but I wuold say this was well and advanced practice (at least in Yoga Online terms). I would dare say this was one of the toughest practices I have ever done. I found myself thinking things like, "Oh no! Warrior 1. I have no strength!" I think it was all those lunge jumps. I was happy to see someone grab a towel to wipe of all the sweat, and then there was a close up of the perspiration on someone's arm. And I had just been thinking, "well, I'm going to have to take a shower after this one." I am in good shape, and I have a hard time finding challenging routines. Janet has given us a great one here! I must say though that I am not the biggest fan of the music. Yes, it's primal, but I dunno...I can't say I enjoy listening to it that much. Maybe if I were in the room, it would have the primal effect, but on video it's kind of annoying. Thanks Janet! You're awesome!
