thanks @brandyblaylock - this is fun way to 'tweak' one's yoga practice occasionally

Thank you for this great practice. It made me realize, that although my balance is good, my core really needs some focused work. Namaste!

This class is moderate level and is not for beginners. It is almost identical to the 60 minute version. Moves slowly, although it provides a decent workout.

I really enjoyed this, thank you!

As a P.T. I use the ball daily in my practice. It is particularly welcome today after I did Kundalini for Energy and Release yesterday. Can you add a ball sequence for adductors and hip muscles in particular. Thank you.

Great video. I've been looking for good solid ball video and I loved this one. Feel centered, strong in my core and relaxed. Julie, from Washington state

very good for developing balance, and forces focus on a deeper level. Beautiful cool-down, too.

I loved this practice, although it is remarkably difficult to keep your balance on a ball ;-). Feel totally relaxed. Thanks Greg. Namaste from Amsterdam!

I really enjoyed this practice & can\'t wait to be able to move on to the intermediate level.

The teacher is using too much scientific expressions which are a kind of disturbing while practise. I think it is softer for the ear to hear an easy language for explanations of postures and specially relaxation.
