If you spend a lot of time on a plane, driving, or just sitting in a chair, this is a GREAT, centering AND opening practice. Short, which is essential to the business traveller, but a thorough practice nonetheless. Great sequencing.

This is one of the few classes on myo that truly delivers what is promised in the description, in my opinion. The pace of the movements, the poetic language, the isometric alignment instructions, the clear, meditative quality of Christine's voice, and the periodic silences she leaves all lead to a very grounding experience. This class is a gem.

@mariel1227 Christine Price Clark mentions at 5:42 in the video that you're "a moment behind her". It's normal to be slightly behind the practitioner in movement and breath, especially when there are so many great alignment cues!

I've been traveling a lot for work so this was a nice short practice. However, the model doing the practice is not in sync with the voice explaining the asanas. If this can be fixed, it will be one of my favorite videos.

This class is very beginner and would be a good stretch before bed, but it feels somewhat incomplete. I think adding some seated hip openers and twists at the end would be helpful. I think it would also be helpful for all MYO classes to list any materials that you might need for a class under the class description. For example, for this class you need either one block, pillow or blanket to prop yourself up.
